JustMarkets Withdrawal Issue & Suspected Fraud

I am submitting this complaint to report serious withdrawal issues with JustMarkets, which may indicate unfair trading practices and potential fraud. I deposited a total amount of USD 875 into my trading account with JustMarkets. After trading XAUUSD and BTCUSD, my account balance increased to over USD 2,060. On Saturday, I submitted a request to withdraw the full account balance. This decision was based on personal trading management, as I do not trade on weekends and intended to deposit again on Monday to continue trading. Despite having sufficient balance and meeting all withdrawal conditions, JustMarkets did not process my withdrawal request. Instead, they provided multiple unclear and inconsistent reasons, none of which were supported by specific policy references or written explanations.
