Extreme Slippage, & Deposit Withhold

On 8 July 2025, , my client Yvonne Koot (Account number 353753) experienced a series of irregularities on her trading account with Headway. Ms. Koot began trading in January 2024 using our bot, and over 17 months, she generated consistent profits exceeding $23,000 from an initial deposit of $6,000, without a single loss. On the aforementioned date, despite stable market conditions and no major news events, we observed unusual slippage applied to executed trades, which caused the margin level to drop abruptly and unjustifiably. Notably, the same algorithm operates simultaneously on other brokers without any slippage or execution issues. On that day, EUR/USD moved 40 pips, well within the bot's operating threshold yet the account at Headway was triggered into Margin Call. Also, Ms. Koot's attempted to deposit 20,000$ to save her account and Headway denied it all under AML policy excuse..When we requested a copy of the liquidity provider price feed, they refused to give it..
