With EPFX, the glaring one for me is their customer service. To put in a polite term, it's 'lackadaisical'. Had an issue with a transaction once and getting a helpful, timely response was like pulling teeth. Their withdrawal speed too can be a bit like a marathon, not a sprint. Keeping fingers crossed and just waiting for my withdrawal was not the most pleasant experience.
