Frustating Support & Rigid AML Process: OnePro's Mixed Bag Experience

gave OnePro a whirl, and gotta say, it's a mixed feeling. First off, their live chat is driving me nuts. You ping them, and then you wait, and wait... it's like they're running on low batteries or something. And when you finally get someone, they often sound like they're reading a script from another galaxy. Like, ASIC changes, anyone? They're clueless. It's like trying to have a conversation with a brick wall. Now, let's talk about their AML process for funding. I had to cancel my card due to fraud, right? But OnePro insists on refunding to that canceled card. I've explained it a zillion times, but it's like talking to a brick wall again.
