Am 4. März habe ich bei SVMARKES eine Auszahlung von 40.000 US-Dollar beantragt und am selben Tag am Nachmittag 40.000 US-Dollar von meinem SVMARKES-Konto abgehoben. Das Geld wurde jedoch nicht auf mein Konto eingezahlt, also bat ich den Verantwortlichen, es einzuzahlen. Der Verantwortliche verlangte eine Vorauszahlung von 30% der Transaktionsinformationsgebühr. Als ich ablehnte, habe ich am 7. März die 40.000 US-Dollar erneut auf mein SVMARKES-Konto eingezahlt. Laut dem Verantwortlichen muss gemäß dem Anti-Geldwäschegesetz bei einer vollständigen Auszahlung 30% des Gesamtbetrags auf das Konto eingezahlt werden. Ich kann seit 5 Tagen kein Geld abheben, bitte helfen Sie mir, dieses Problem zu lösen.

Forcing a 30% upfront deposit

SVMARKES requested a withdrawal of $40,000 on March 4th, and $40,000 was withdrawn from SVMARKES account on the afternoon of the 4th. However, the withdrawal amount was not deposited in my account, so I asked the person in charge to deposit it. The person in charge requested 30% of the transaction information fee in advance. When I refused, I filled $40,000 back into SVMARKES account on March 7th.According to the person in charge, 30% of the total amount of the account should be deposited with the full withdrawal, but it is because of the anti-money laundering law. I haven't been able to withdraw for 5 days, so please solve it.
