Ich habe am 2. Oktober 2024 ein Konto bei enzofx eröffnet und 500 USD eingezahlt. Ich habe meine KYC-Dokumente wie Reisepass, Personalausweis, Rechnungsstellung usw. eingereicht, aber es sind bereits 2 Tage vergangen und sie wurden nicht genehmigt. Leider haben sie keinen Live-Chat, also habe ich ihnen eine E-Mail geschickt und auch das Kontaktformular auf ihrer Website ausgefüllt, aber es sind bereits 2 Tage vergangen und ich habe immer noch keine Antwort erhalten. In den letzten 2 Tagen habe ich einen kleinen Gewinn erzielt und versucht, eine Auszahlung vorzunehmen, jedoch ohne Erfolg. Um eine Auszahlung vornehmen zu können, muss die KYC genehmigt werden, und sie wurde nicht genehmigt, und sie ignorieren meine Nachrichten. Sind dies Anzeichen dafür, dass der Broker ein weiterer Betrüger ist?

Possible scammer?

I opened an account with enzofx on 2st October 2024 and funded USD500. I have submitted my KYC documents such as passport, national ID, billing statement etc, however it has been 2 days and it has not been approved.They don't have live chat unfortunately, so i emailed them and also fill out the contact us form on their website, and it has been 2 days and still no reply.I have made small profit this past 2 days, and try to make withdrawal with no avail, as to be able to make withdrawal, the KYC need to be approved, and it has not been approved, and they ignore my messages. Is this some signs that the broker is another scammer?
