Ich mag hart zu ihnen sein, aber das ist, was ich fühle! Der Kundenservice muss so schnell wie möglich verbessert werden. Die Leute, die als Support arbeiten, scheinen die Themen zu kennen, aber die Zeit, die sie brauchen, um zu antworten, ist viel. Ich kann das Warten nicht ertragen, ich nehme es als Respektlosigkeit mir gegenüber wahr… Was den Handel betrifft, gab es keine großen Probleme. Die Spreads sind nicht 0,6 Pips, sie betragen normalerweise 1,2 Pips für EUR/USD, was in Ordnung ist. Die Provisionen sind Null, das ist allerdings der Vorteil.

My opinion regarding octa

I might be harsh on them, but this is what I feel! The customer service needs improvements as soon as possible. The people who work as a support seem to know the topics, but the time it takes for them to respond is a lot. I can’t stand waiting, I take it as a disrespect towards myself… As for the trading, there wasn’t any big troubles. The spreads are not 0.6 pips, they are usually 1.2 pips for eur/usd, which is fine. Commissions are zero, that’s the advantage tho.
