Ich nutze diese Plattform jetzt schon eine Weile und bin ehrlich gesagt mit ihrem Service zufrieden, sie sind im Großen und Ganzen in Ordnung. Die Plattform funktioniert gut und die Orderausführung ist akzeptabel, aber manchmal können die Spreads etwas höher sein als erwartet. Der Kundenservice ist meistens hilfreich, obwohl die Antwortzeiten in Stoßzeiten langsamer sein können. Insgesamt ist es nicht schlecht, aber es gibt noch Raum für Verbesserungen.

I have using this platform a while now, and honestly, I'm happy with their service and they generally ok. The platform works fine and order execution is decent, but sometimes the spreads can be a bit higher than expected. Customer service is helpful most of the time, though replies can be slower during busy hours. Overall, it’s not bad, but there's still room for improvement.
