Empezando por lo positivo, hablemos del rendimiento de la plataforma comercial. Es bastante sólido, no voy a mentir. Pero toda rosa tiene sus espinas, ¿no? Con EPFX, lo más destacado para mí es su servicio al cliente. Para decirlo en términos educados, es "desganado". Tuve un problema con una transacción una vez y obtener una respuesta útil y oportuna fue como sacarse los dientes. Su velocidad de retirada también puede parecerse un poco a una maratón, no a una carrera de velocidad. Cruzar los dedos y esperar mi retiro no fue la experiencia más placentera.

Solid Trading Platform, Lackluster Customer Service: EPFX's Dual Reality

Starting with the positives, let's talk about trading platform performance. It's pretty solid, not gonna lie. But, every rose has its thorns, right? With EPFX, the glaring one for me is their customer service. To put in a polite term, it's 'lackadaisical'. Had an issue with a transaction once and getting a helpful, timely response was like pulling teeth. Their withdrawal speed too can be a bit like a marathon, not a sprint. Keeping fingers crossed and just waiting for my withdrawal was not the most pleasant experience.
