Il mio MT4 è 5102473. Il 13 gennaio 2024 ho effettuato un ordine con il codice IRUNI e ho ottenuto un profitto di 88.012,49 USD, ma il 14 gennaio 2024 il broker ha automaticamente dedotto tutti i miei profitti. Sono fuori dal conto. Soho Markets ha inviato una email spiegando che si è verificato un errore di prezzo il 13 gennaio 2024. Ma in realtà, il prezzo del codice IRUNI è stato fluttuante come quello negli ultimi 2 mesi. Ho chiesto al broker di restituirmi i soldi ma non ho ricevuto risposta e non sono riuscito a contattare la persona responsabile dell'account. Ho chiesto al broker di contattarmi ma nessuno mi ha contattato. Ho chiesto a Soho Markets di restituirmi i profitti.

Soho Markets gửi email giải thích là do lỗi giá vào ngày 13/1/2024. Nhưng thực tế giá của mã IRUNI đã luôn biến động tăng giảm như vậy trong suốt 2 tháng nay rồi. Tôi đã đề nghị sàn trả lại tiền cho tôi, nhưng không nhận được phản hồi, người phụ trách tài khoản thì cũng không liên lạc được. Tôi đã yêu cầu sàn liên lạc nhưng cũng không có ai liên lạc với tôi cả. Tôi đề nghị Soho Markets trả lại lợi nhuận cho tôi.
