Ho aperto un conto con enzofx il 2 ottobre 2024 e ho depositato 500 dollari americani. Ho inviato i miei documenti KYC come passaporto, carta d'identità nazionale, estratto conto, ecc., tuttavia sono passati 2 giorni e non sono stati approvati. Sfortunatamente non hanno una chat dal vivo, quindi li ho contattati via email e ho compilato il modulo di contatto sul loro sito web, ma sono passati 2 giorni e ancora nessuna risposta. Ho ottenuto un piccolo profitto negli ultimi 2 giorni e ho provato a prelevare senza successo, poiché per poter prelevare è necessaria l'approvazione del KYC, che non è ancora stata approvata, e ignorano i miei messaggi. Questo è un segno che il broker è un altro truffatore?

Possible scammer?

I opened an account with enzofx on 2st October 2024 and funded USD500. I have submitted my KYC documents such as passport, national ID, billing statement etc, however it has been 2 days and it has not been approved.They don't have live chat unfortunately, so i emailed them and also fill out the contact us form on their website, and it has been 2 days and still no reply.I have made small profit this past 2 days, and try to make withdrawal with no avail, as to be able to make withdrawal, the KYC need to be approved, and it has not been approved, and they ignore my messages. Is this some signs that the broker is another scammer?
