As an experienced trader, I always approach brokers like CTG with extra caution, especially considering the regulatory concerns evident here. Based on my review of CTG, I found the information about trading conditions—specifically spreads—frustratingly vague. There is no clear or official disclosure of typical spreads for EUR/USD or for any standard account type. Instead, most of the publicly available facts focus on CTG’s managed futures services and their suspicious regulatory standing, rather than transparent forex trading details. In my own due diligence, I did not come across firm numbers for the EUR/USD spread with CTG, which is a significant red flag for me. Reputable brokers usually make such core trading parameters easy to find and compare. The lack of clarity on this point, combined with the warning about a suspicious NFA license, makes me very hesitant to recommend or use their trading services. For something as crucial as spreads—impacting both trading cost and strategy execution—I feel it’s essential to have verifiable, published figures before considering any real account. If clear, regulated forex conditions and transparency are important to you, I advise extreme caution or perhaps seeking an alternative broker with documented, regulated, and easily accessible trading conditions.
