This lack of disclosure is a significant consideration for me as a forex trader, since knowing the spread is essential for managing trading costs and making informed decisions. While AXA is regulated by the Securities and Futures Commission (SFC) of Hong Kong and has been operating for over twenty years, the website and their user-facing materials focus more on a broad range of asset management and investment products rather than providing the granular forex trading conditions that many retail traders seek. Furthermore, I've come across user reports expressing confusion and concern over withdrawal processes and additional fees, such as a substantial "25% personal income tax" requirement connected to withdrawals. These types of unresolved transparency issues further underscore my reluctance to proceed without clear, upfront information on fundamental trading parameters like spreads. For me, not knowing the typical spread for the EUR/USD pair means AXA does not meet my minimum standards for cost predictability and clarity. Therefore, I would exercise caution and recommend that potential clients directly contact their customer service for concrete spread data before considering them for forex trading.
