Speaking from my perspective as a long-time forex trader who prioritizes security and regulatory oversight, I tend to approach brokers like Utsumiya with significant caution. Currently, Utsumiya operates without any valid regulatory license—their Japanese FSA Retail Forex License has been revoked, which is a serious red flag for me. This lack of regulation means there’s little transparency regarding their withdrawal processes and documentation requirements. Based on my experience and the information available, Utsumiya does not clearly publish what documents are needed for an initial withdrawal. Normally, reputable brokers, particularly those under strong regulation, require proof of identity (such as a government-issued ID), proof of address (like a recent utility bill), and in some cases, documents verifying the funding source. Due to the absence of transparent information from Utsumiya, I cannot confidently outline their exact process or requirements. This ambiguity, combined with their revoked license and overall lack of operational transparency, makes me uneasy. If secure and predictable access to my funds is a priority—as it always is for me—I would seriously consider alternative, properly regulated brokers until Utsumiya demonstrates a clearer and more reliable compliance framework.
