This raises some concerns about the ongoing oversight and clarity of their client-facing policies, including withdrawals. When a broker’s regulatory situation is ambiguous, I personally err on the side of caution and recommend confirming all withdrawal conditions directly with their customer support team before making a deposit or executing trades.
