With my years of experience trading forex and evaluating brokers, I prioritize security and transparency above all. For me, a glaring concern with TspFxb Ltd is the total lack of any valid regulatory oversight. They are registered in Saint Lucia, which—combined with their “within 1 year” operating period—gives me very little confidence in either their stability or their commitment to client protection. In my own trading, I require brokers to hold licenses from well-known authorities because regulatory supervision ensures my deposits are segregated and complaints can be resolved impartially; neither of these important safety nets are present here. Another issue I noticed is the company’s opacity. There’s no clear information provided about their fees, leverage, deposit or withdrawal procedures. Not being able to test their processes using a demo account is another red flag for me—because I can’t verify actual trading conditions or execution quality without risking real money. Even though TspFxb claims a “full MT5 license,” the context suggests uncertainty about the platforms actually available. Additionally, the unclear operational details and lack of customer accessibility in crucial markets makes me uncomfortable. In my view, these factors add unnecessary risk, especially when trusted, well-regulated brokers with clear histories and transparent conditions are available. Overall, the combination of non-regulation, short operational history, and missing essential information means I personally would not entrust my funds to TspFxb Ltd.
