As an experienced trader, I approach every broker with a strong sense of caution, particularly regarding fees tied to deposits and withdrawals. With UIIC, my research into their operations revealed several points that directly impact my confidence—especially on this issue. While UIIC is regulated by the FCA and has operated for more than 20 years, its core business is political risk insurance rather than mainstream forex trading, which already places it outside the typical broker profile. More concerning are the user reports documented about their withdrawal processes. Multiple reviewers have alleged that after making deposits, UIIC delayed or refused to process withdrawals, at times citing changing requirements or giving various excuses. From my experience, such complaints are often red flags and may indicate the presence of either undisclosed fees or outright operational obstacles. It's notable that WikiFX assigned a zero score in risk management for UIIC, and labeled their business scope as suspicious with high potential risk. Despite the FCA regulation, a visit reportedly found no office at their listed address, adding to my reservations. I couldn't find any clear disclosure from UIIC about their deposit or withdrawal fee structure, and the negative user experiences strongly suggest the potential for non-transparent charges or procedural barriers. For me, until everything is transparently documented and consistently reported by users, I would assume a very conservative stance toward UIIC and recommend exceptional care regarding all fund transfers with them.
