As someone who carefully vets every broker before trading, I was disappointed to find there is no publicly available or transparent information regarding the typical EUR/USD spread on MGM’s standard account. Based on my research, MGM does not disclose details about their fee structure or spreads—unlike many established brokers, which immediately raises caution for me. Not only is there a lack of clarity about trading costs, but combined with the fact that MGM operates without regulation from any recognized authority, this absence of disclosure becomes even more concerning from a risk management perspective. When evaluating a broker, I consider transparent pricing a non-negotiable aspect of trustworthiness. Spreads constitute a significant part of trading costs, especially in liquid pairs like EUR/USD, so not knowing what to expect creates unnecessary uncertainty. Without this crucial information, I simply couldn’t make an informed comparison or accurately evaluate my potential trading expenses. In my experience, I would be extremely cautious—if not entirely avoidant—of trading with any broker who does not openly publish key trading conditions such as minimum or typical spreads for major currency pairs.
