Speaking from my experience as a forex trader, I approach any broker cautiously when there’s a lack of transparency around fundamental details such as spreads. With Utsumiya, I encountered a significant problem: there is no publicly available, verifiable information regarding specific account conditions, including the typical spread for EUR/USD or even clear confirmation that standard accounts exist as commonly understood in the industry. This absence of data is, in my view, more than an inconvenience—it’s a red flag in itself. Given that Utsumiya’s retail forex license from the Japanese Financial Services Agency has been revoked and the firm is currently unregulated, I am especially wary about opening or maintaining any trading account with them, let alone risking real funds without clarity on basic trading costs. For me, understanding precise costs—spreads, commissions, or any hidden fees—is central to risk management and the long-term viability of any trading strategy. Without this information, it’s impossible to make an informed decision or to compare Utsumiya reliably to other regulated, more transparent brokers. In summary, I haven’t found reliable data about the EUR/USD spread for Utsumiya, and this lack of transparency is a primary reason I personally would avoid trading with them until this changes and regulatory status is restored.
