Based on my research and personal approach to broker evaluation, I have not found clear, verifiable information about whether Currenex specifically charges a commission per lot on their ECN or raw spread accounts. While it's common practice for ECN platforms to utilize a commission-based fee structure—charging a fixed amount per traded lot in addition to tight spreads—Currenex's available disclosures primarily emphasize their technology, execution methods, liquidity configurations, and support structures rather than an explicit breakdown of trader-facing commissions. Furthermore, the significant regulatory uncertainties surrounding Currenex—such as the suspected cloned NFA license and flagged legitimacy concerns—make me extremely cautious about considering them for live or significant real-money trading. In my opinion, fee transparency is a fundamental pillar of trustworthiness in this industry, especially with ECN providers. The absence of clear fee details raises practical concerns about the true cost of trading on their platform. For these reasons, I personally would not proceed with Currenex until I received direct, up-to-date confirmation from their official team about their commission policy—not just for due diligence, but also to ensure full clarity on all trading costs. For anyone considering this broker, extra vigilance and independent verification are, in my view, absolutely essential.
