When I was about to withdraw my funds, Kato suspended my bonus account due to the suspicion of multiple accounts. I only use Wi-Fi, and other family members also use the same Wi-Fi and trade on Katoprime. When I sought clarification, Kato only explained that my account was suspected of being a multiple account, not definitively so. Furthermore, upon reviewing the terms and conditions, there is no clause prohibiting the use of a shared network (Wi-Fi). If there is indeed a rule against using the same Wi-Fi, it should have been clearly stated to prevent any party from being disadvantaged by this lack of clarity.

Tanggal 26 Des 2021, sekiranya pukul 18:00 WITA. saya seperti biasa trading dengan saldo sebelumnya saya sempat coba wd tp saya cancel karena proses terlalu lama. kemudian saya trade dengan pair chf,, karena melihat spread 0 saya tradingkan sampai saya profit $172.000. besok paginya tiba-tiba akun saya di blokir, dengan alasan adanya pair chf yang error. setelah saya complain saya mendapatkan jawaban error profider chf pair. malah saldo saya kepotong dari $143 ke $62.

Okay, here's the scoop. Trading with Kato Prime is pretty much like watching a roller coaster ride. The platform is straight forward and the beginner-friendly resources are second to none. Love the variety in account types, kudos to them for catering to all levels of traders. And the spreads and fees? Let's just say you wouldn't feel ripped off. But the swing gets bumpy when it comes to customer service - sometimes fast, sometimes slow, as unpredictable as a weather vane. Also, the trading instruments could do with some spicing up. For the trading pros looking for more options, Kato Prime might not totally float your boat. But for the greenhorns, it's a recommended first stop!

Alright folks, I've been trading fancy-free with Kato Prime for a while now. Their spreads are on the money and fees, well, they're pretty reasonable if you ask me. What I fancy loads is the array of account types, whether you're a novice trader or a well-weathered one, they've got you covered. On the whole, Kato Prime has been quite the dandy for me!
