For forex trading, the spread is generally between 1-3 pips, which is certainly cheaper than some platforms, but not much better than the big ones. However, there are no hidden fees, and you won't be unexpectedly charged extra when closing a position, which is a good thing and reassuring. The overnight fees are a bit high, though. Last time, I opened a long gold position and held it open for three days, and the overnight fees alone cost me dozens of dollars, which was a bit painful.
