cierre de mi cuenta sin motivo alguno

hola buenas tardes, llevo más de un año y medio operando en quotex y hoy 15 de abril de 2024 sin ningún motivo me suspendieron mi cuenta me aparece una notificación que mi cuenta fue suspendida por violar las reglas y políticas de la empresa algo que no es correcto en ningún momento realice tal violación a las reglas estoy a la espera de una respuesta lógica ya que realice las respectivas reclamaciones correspondientes no sé si a alguien más le pudo pasar y si ya le resolvieron el caso ya que tengo fondos en mi cuenta quisiera por favor que me ayudarán gracias
