Especially during periods of market stability, the spreads are quite stable, with no sudden fluctuations. However, one time, when I was placing a trade in the early hours of the morning, the spread suddenly jumped to 3 pips. By the time I realized it, the trade had already been filled, resulting in a bit of extra cost.
