when i deposit i have to wait for 30min sometimes or even hours for the money to reflect on trading account. yesterday i Withdrew R500 I never got my money those employees that they are working on my account they deducted this is what they said "Kindly note that due to a technical error in the system, your withdrawal of 321.00 ZAR was cancelled and funds were credited back to your myHF Account, however, the amount was twice to the requested account , as such there is an outstanding amount of 321.00 ZAR'' I asked them who was responsible for technical error because I dont work at HFM because they decided to no pay my profits.
