rejecting KYC documents right aftewinn

After winning prize place in contest, I completed verification through my original government issued documents, although right after few minutes all of sudden i found that my account is blocked and while logging in, encountering message that "verification failed and account is permanently blocked" While contacted support, they responded quite unprofessionally which same vague reply as shown on login page. Can you please clarify what when wrong with my document that your system rejected it ? despite the fact that I've used same on various platforms and successfully completed multi level verification. Moreover, instead of assessing and trying to resolve the issue and communicating with me professionally, your platform just straightforwardly block the access while unlawfully retaining my personal information, that's not how established and reputed platforms do, but in fact such is the practice of vague and scam type companies.
