It has been 40 days since I applied for the withdrawal. I deposited $500 and now wanted to withdraw $650. Though the the fund was shown in the website, there was no amount shown in the phone side.

2020年1月3日申请的出金，今天是2月13号，40天过去了，....平台承诺的当天到账就是狗屎，当时入金金额是500美金，现在出金金额是656美金，多洗联系过客服，完全不搭理，不处理。登录官网还有金额显示，手机端登录也没有金额。
