2019年11月在USG联准开户，几个月的时间，到2020年2月18日想出金不做了，可是USG联准不给出金，理由是必须要得到客户经理的同意才能出金，为什么自己的账户不能自由出金，非要得到客户经理的同意才能出金，难道USG联准出金需要客户经理同意吗？难道USG联准是客户经理个人的吗？在这里曝光一下。请大家小心了！
