There are many problems in ZFX. The company claimed that it was regulated by UK FCA. However, I can’t withdraw here. When I sent application for withdrawal, the platform came out of a notice said “insufficient trading”. I asked the customer service,then I was asked to add their Line. I asked them again via Line and the customer service said my deposit was not enough so I can’t withdraw (bullshit). I asked what is called “enough”? They ignored me. A fraud friend recommended this platform to me. I guess he may gain commission because I used this platform. My account balance is over 3,000 USDT. There are two language here, traditional Chinese and English. Someone has investigated that the platform may be managed by people from Taiwan. A formal platform will allow customers to withdraw. Don’t be cheated by their fake regulator.
