I profited $2,100 on Monday and then I applied for withdrawal. But it’s under review all along. And then I received an email which said my profit should be deducted because of hedging. I explained many times that I didn’t but they didn’t believe me and refused to offer the evidence and don’t reply to my messages. Losing money is reasonable and profiting money is illegal, is it right?
