On September 6, 2021, when I was trading, more than 200 open positions suddenly appeared within one second. I have reported to the broker about this, and the broker’s response to the open positions of the broker is done by the EA, although the EA I use can only close positions. please help. thank you

Open Posisi Saat Server Maintenance

Tanggal 6 September 2021 , saat saya sedang trade ,tiba tiba muncul open posisi lbh dari 200 posisi dalam waktu 1 detik. saya telah melakukan complaint kepada pihak broker terkait hal tersebut, dan jawaban dari pihak broker open posisi itu dilakukan oleh EA padahal EA yang saya pakai hanya bisa close posisi. mohon bantuannya. terimakasih
