I have been a customer of MultiBank for four years, and the transaction account of MultiBank is 88803036. Account name: Liu Juncheng. I submitted 16800usd withdrawal on March 8 and withdrawn in RMB. I was told that it was accepted, and they emailed back saying that the anti-money laundering law stipulates that RMB withdrawals are not accepted now, so I have to switch to USD withdrawals. So, I re-submitted USD withdrawal on March 10 and I was told that it was accepted. Then, it was delayed by various reasons and it has not solved now. I report to MultiBank with my real name!
