出金できない

最初の出金依頼は金額が小さい為対応していただけたが、その後何度か出金依頼を出しているのですが、毎回出金却下されます。(却下理由の記載もない) 担当者は平日であれば3時間程度で対応可能と言っていたのに･･･現在申請しているものは非可決がない為、新規の申請が行えない状態です。担当者は連絡を取っても全く繋がらない･･･ホームページに記載してある連絡先にメールをしても返信も無し。
