April 10 2024 at 19.30 WIB or 15.30 European time, I had an OP Gold Buy 0.25 and Sell 0.26 2 minutes after the news my balance suddenly went to $0 because my OP was from several layers on SO unilaterally by FBS when Gold was going down. I should have I got a profit from the OP difference but strangely the balance was actually $0 due to the SO carried out by FBS and caused my account to be MC. At that time my Equity position was above $100 and I could hold it if it turned out that Gold went up but because Gold went down I should have made a profit but it turned out to be MC so it was detrimental to me because the balance at that time was $3900. Please help to facilitate my complaint, because this is really detrimental to me.

Tanggal 10 April 2024 jam 19.30 wib atau 15.30 waktu eropa, saya ada OP Gold Buy 0,25 dan Sell 0,26 2 menit setelah news saldo saya mendadak $0 karena OP saya dari beberapa layer di SO sepihak oleh FBS disaat Gold sedang turun Seharusnya saya dapat profit dari selisih OP tersebut tetapi anehnya saldo malah $0 akibat SO yg dilakukan pihak FBS dan menyebabkan akun saya MC Saat itu posisi Equity saya diatas $100 dan bisa menahan jika ternyata Gold naik tetapi karena Gold turun seharusnya saya profit tapi ternyata menjadi MC sehingga merugikan saya karena saldo saat itu ada $3900 Mohon bantuannya utk difasilitasi terkait komplain saya, karena ini sungguh merugikan buat saya
