The reason given: worried about large market movements, they deleted my open positions during Sunday's market closure! Demand: calculate my profit based on the opening price! (The reason given is somewhat laughable, purely can't handle losing. They have currently frozen my account. The salesperson told me to contact customer service and send emails, but the platform has not provided any messages or feedback.)
