Initially, they advised me to invest only 200 KRW, but later suggested investing 20 million KRW. Feeling skeptical, I attempted to withdraw 2 million KRW. However, customer service informed me that I needed to pay a deposit fee to withdraw funds, which I paid. Initially, the person guided me through some profitable trades. Later, when I tried to withdraw my principal again, customer service obstructed the process, claiming that large withdrawals required opening a special withdrawal channel and demanded I pay an amount equivalent to 100% of the platform fees. Desperate to retrieve my money, I complied. Subsequently, this person continued guiding me through trades that consistently made profits. However, as the dollar amount in the trading platform increased, it became apparent that withdrawal was impossible. They then demanded tax payments, which I also paid; still, they refused to allow withdrawals. To attempt withdrawing 2 million KRW of principal, I ended up losing 20 million KRW. Can I seek any recourse for this loss? Is there any way to appeal or seek help from relevant authorities?
