I contacted you through Zalo, introduced by Tony Hoang, and opened an account at Ivy Market and deposited a total amount of 16,247 USD into the trading account with ID MT5 887434. - Currently, I have closed all open positions and requested to withdraw the remaining capital. - I had to cut losses of 16,087 USD due to intentional spread manipulation by the platform at 19:00 on September 23, 2024.
