Complaint against PLOTIO platform. In mid-July 2024, my bank card was frozen, and after inquiries, it was confirmed to be a judicial freeze due to suspicions of involvement in the "33 Lottery" online gambling case. It was confirmed with relevant departments that the freeze was related to a withdrawal from the PLOTIO Global platform on November 20, 2023, where the funds matched were suspected of being involved in illegal online gambling. The police have requested full restitution for the card to be unfrozen. After contacting the platform's customer service, they provided bank transfer records for the withdrawal but claimed they could not provide withdrawal records because my account had been canceled. If they could access the bank transfer details, why couldn't they provide the withdrawal records? Moreover, this third party was also chosen by the platform. Now that there's an issue, it seems unfair that I should bear all the losses alone. My bank card is still frozen, which has significantly impacted my normal life and usage.
