However, the entry price and stop loss price differ by 15-20 pips in a detrimental direction to customers, resulting in a loss of $10,000 in 30 minutes despite the market not being volatile. Account 46235543 trades with a profit of $4,300, but Hfm changed the trading history: At 08:20:56, I deposited $800, at 08:43:00, I sold 10 lots of GBPUSD, at 08:58:49, I deposited $100. However, at 09:00:42, I was able to withdraw $5,200. This is because Hfm deleted the $4,300 profit from my sell order of GBPUSD and then added $4,300 to balance the account. Why is it that the deposit of $800 + $100 = $900 and the profit from the sell order of 10 lots of GBPUSD = 0, but I was able to withdraw $5,200? I have a video to prove it, so Hfm cannot deny it.
