I trade a Standard account where the GBP/USD spread is normally around 8 pips. However, last night it unexpectedly skyrocketed to 200! I was holding a 20-lot position, which was well under control and not near my stop-loss. Yet, when I woke up at midnight, my account had lost an additional $4,000. Upon checking price history, this extreme volatility occurred only on LiteForex; other brokers remained completely normal. Was this a technical error or a deliberate act to "hunt" client accounts? If LiteForex is a reputable broker, it must publicly release transparent server data, provide a clear explanation, and refund affected clients. Do not remain silent or hide behind the excuse of "market volatility" to evade responsibility.

Có hay không việc cố tình “ăn cháy”, can thiệp lệnh trong tài khoản khách hàng lúc nửa đêm? Tôi sử dụng tài khoản Standard, spread cặp GU bình thường chỉ khoảng 8, nhưng đêm qua bất ngờ nhảy vọt lên tận 200! Tôi đang giữ 20 lot, lệnh vẫn trong tầm kiểm soát, không chạm cắt lỗ, vậy mà nửa đêm khi thức dậy, tài khoản đã âm thêm hơn 4.000 USD. Tôi kiểm tra lại lịch sử giá thì chỉ riêng bên LiteForex mới có biến động bất thường như vậy, trong khi các sàn khác hoàn toàn bình thường. Vậy đây là lỗi kỹ thuật, hay là hành vi cố ý can thiệp để “ăn” tài khoản của khách? Nếu là sàn uy tín, đề nghị LiteForex công khai minh bạch dữ liệu server, giải thích rõ nguyên nhân, và hoàn tiền cho khách hàng bị ảnh hưởng. Đừng im lặng hay viện cớ “thị trường biến động” để phủi trách nhiệm.
