Trash. Before placing orders and depositing funds, I specifically asked customer service if margin requirements or overnight fees would be adjusted. Shortly after placing orders, the leverage was changed. When I noticed something was off with my account, I requested adjustments through the backend—but got no response. Customer service just gave me a half-hearted reply.
