On 07/12/2023, I transferred 23,000 USDT to my Tickmill account via the OKX exchange. Despite providing Tickmill with all the necessary transaction details, including the TXID, the amount has not been credited to my account, effectively resulting in my funds being withheld. For nearly three days, I have repeatedly contacted customer service via both email and phone, yet no concrete solution has been provided. I am being subjected to a process of delay and evasion, which is both trust-eroding and unjust. My demand is for the immediate and full transfer of my 23,000 USDT to my Tickmill account or a refund of the same amount. I urgently request the resolution of this grievance and a prompt handling of the process. I want it to be explained in a transparent manner.

Transfer ile ilgili tüm txıd ve diğer gerekli bilgileri eksiksiz şekilde Tickmill’e iletmeme rağmen, bu tutar tarafıma yansıtılmadı ve adeta parama el konulmuş durumdadır. Yaklaşık 3 gündür hem mail hem de telefon üzerinden müşteri hizmetleriyle defalarca iletişime geçtim, ancak somut bir çözüm sunulmadı. Sadece bekletildiğim ve oyalandığım bir süreç yaşıyorum, bu durum güven sarsıcı ve mağduriyet yaratıcı nitelikte. Talebim, 23.000 USDT tutarındaki paramın gecikmeksizin, eksiksiz şekilde Tickmill hesabıma geçirilmesi veya aynı tutarın tarafıma iade edilmesidir. Yaşadığım bu mağduriyetin acilen giderilmesini ve sürecin şeffaf biçimde açıklanmasını istiyorum.
