1. The MT5 trading software shows it is not regulated. 2. There is no customer service on the official website. 3. My trading account is an MT5 account, yet I cannot trade on MT5, which is really frustrating. 4. The minimum deposit is $5, but it was not initially stated that the minimum withdrawal is $50, so I was scammed out of $5.
