I started trading right after depositing funds, made 100u in a week, wanted to withdraw but didn't know how to operate. Asked customer service, they initially taught me normally how to proceed, but when I submitted the withdrawal request, I waited a long time and it didn't arrive. I asked customer service again, they said I hadn't completed the required trading volume... and even sent a photo for me to see. I was speechless. When I asked earlier, they didn't mention it before the withdrawal, only told me after I submitted and it didn't arrive, and only when I inquired...
