During my forex trading activities, I have executed all trades in full compliance with the platform’s rules and regulations. However, on April 17, 2024, I discovered that the platform had unilaterally removed profits from my trading account in the amount of $4,058.55, without any clear notification or reasonable explanation. All of my trades were conducted legitimately, without any form of fraud or violation of the terms and conditions. The platform’s unilateral adjustment of my account balance without providing concrete evidence is a lack of transparency and has seriously affected my rights and interests. If this issue is not resolved satisfactorily, I will: File a complaint with the relevant financial regulatory authorities; Publicly disclose this matter to protect my legitimate rights and interests.
