I opened an account on this platform on December 7, 2025, deposited $17,150, and all transactions were compliant, with no violations or arbitrage activities. After I applied for a partial withdrawal, the platform arbitrarily deemed it malicious arbitrage, blocked my account, and deducted profits without authorization. After multiple negotiations, the platform only promised to refund the principal. On December 23-24, 2025, I submitted a full principal withdrawal request, but the platform maliciously delayed payment: 1. On January 10, 2026, only $7,150 was paid, and the remaining $10,000 was unjustifiably withheld. The platform promised to settle that month but refused to fulfill; 2. At the end of March 2026, through the customer service manager, I contacted Mr. Zhang, a shareholder of the platform, who promised to settle the debt in April, but again broke the promise; 3. On May 11, 2026, I negotiated via WeChat voice with Mr. Zhang, agreeing to complete all withdrawals by the end of May. However, as of June 2, only $4,000 had been received, and $6,000 remained unpaid!!! A family member is seriously ill and hospitalized, and the life-saving money has been held up by the platform for a long time, with multiple breaches and excuses.
