I am a customer of the PGM platform. Since June 15th, after my withdrawal was rejected, I have been unable to access the backend until now. The platform sent an email saying that my account is linked to four other accounts and will be audited for three months. I have no relationship with those four people; I am just an independent customer of the platform. I have always traded in compliance and have already completed verification with the company. It has been half a month since I was blocked from the backend. The money I deposited into the platform was saved through my own hard work and frugality. I am very anxious right now. The platform's actions will cause panic among us customers and will also have a negative impact on the platform itself. The platform cannot keep holding us innocent customers like this indefinitely. When will I be able to access the backend? Please handle this immediately!
