According to the anti-money laundering regulations and user agreement announced by KCM, customers who withdraw funds right after deposits without making a single transaction will be charged a 12% commission fee. The customer has been repeatedly informed by the customer service before the withdrawal, and the platform's regulations was also shown to the customer. The withdrawal was only approved after the customer agreed the terms. We always explain and show the relevant regulations to customer, and we will only approve withdrawals of customer who agree to be charged the commission fee and who insist on the withdrawal.
