The customer used OTC365 to withdraw money on December 3. At the time the real-time exchange rate on the OTC platform was lower than the UnionPay exchange rate. The withdrawal amount received by customers decreased relatively. Our platform itself cannot control the rules of third-party withdrawal channels, thus we hope customers check the rates before withdrawal. Why didn't you notice us when the exhcange rate flluctuated greatly. The ysaid they'll help me report to superior. I have the recording of our conversation. I'm sppechless for this. Besides, there is severe slippage, which can wipe out small positions easily. I won't invest here anymore!!!!
