My appeal communication with the platform via email stated that at the time, the platform was not experiencing any lag. I manually closed all my short positions, and there was no reason for all the short positions to be held until the eventual margin call. The price was stuck at 320 and unresponsive when I attempted to manually sell, with the lowest pullback only reaching 3198. The unscrupulous Exness caused my margin call but refused to offer any compensation. With the intervention of the WikiFX manager, my demand is that the platform compensates me $16,000.

EX platform was stuck for half an hour on April 14, 2025, from 22:00 to 22:30, causing losses of $16,000 across my 4 accounts. I held short positions but could not sell. I have screen recording evidence. I sent an email to the platform, but they did nothing! Shameless platform! The platform replied in an email acknowledging that the platform was stuck for half an hour. I manually submitted a sell order for the short positions, and the platform also acknowledged that my submitted sell order instructions could not be executed. If the shameless platform had not frozen, I would not have lost money. In the end, I got liquidated. I applied for compensation via email but received no resolution. Ex is a shameless platform; be careful and do not be fooled again.
